Hello coin community

I have another question about a coin I have found I have a 1974 D dime. I noticed that the U and the S are missing from the word pluriburus.

Can you please take a look at my images and let me know what you think?
Thank you

It looks like a combination of weak strike and maybe some grease on the die, but the condition of the coin kills any value as a collectible. It's up to you if it's a keeper or not.

Thank you for the very clear pics @ac323. I agree with @yokozuna on all points.

Partial Grease Fill on the die. Also the torch is affected. But if the devices were polished way down, then a lot more of the design and devices would be missing.
