MrPink2018 Pillar of the Community United States 2477 Posts	Posted 11/13/2019 7:02 pm not at all being anywhere near expert on colonial coins, i'd say it's fake based on just a couple quick observations, one of them being the lousy photos. for this kind of coin you'd want stellar photos to show it off. we don't have that here. red flag. the condition of it looks great (itself another red flag), odd that it's not slabbed (red flag), so why the lousy photos? (i think you all know why the photos aren't great) even if I were a regular seller or buyer on ebay, I wouldn't go near that auction. I get the feeling the photos are lousy for a reason.
