Hello I picked this coin up but am having trouble attributing it and was looking for some help for a VAM #. Some star doubling, R in "RIB" looks like a quadruple die. Thanks for any and all help.

Looks to be VAM-114A Doubled R and Stars, Clashed Obverse 't.' Obverse II/I 16; Reverse B2a. Rarity 5. All the markers check out. You can verify with http://www.vamworld.com.
