IS 2013 a DD or machine and the 1954 was that done at the mint? any help would be appreciated

Looks like Die Deterioration Doubling ( DDD) on the first and a nice peeled lam on the second.

peeled lamination..copper was not mixed fully..also nice angle on the mint mark... to CCF..glossary and "search" box are great tools here to help you...good luck on future finds...54S is a keeper..spend the 13D
