I get the front could be a stain. But the reverse is to perfectly outlined for a stain.

The right side of the shield exhibits some doubling also.

I think it is a stain,maybe a car cup holder coin?

@cb, where are you seeing doubling on the right side of the shield? I'm not sure that I see any with these pics.

It looks like a stain to me as well. (Obverse and Reverse)

Its a cool stain. I guess something happened to stain it seems to be the case it was in a BU 2019 D bank roll from a box. I went through 3 boxes this year of 2019 Ps and D's this is only time I've seen this on a cent. That's why I was curious if anyone else came across anything similar. the pics don't do it justice. The shield has a perfect outline down to the middle of the shield exactly how it curves then rises to the middle point. Idk what it is I'll chalk it up as perfect stain it don't seem right but I'm not good with this anyway so. Thx for the replies and your time.

@Spence this is what I see on the right of the shield. I don't think its contact mark but it could very well be.
