Found this nice 1942 1 Cent penny in a roll I searched today and would like to know what you guys would grade this as, There are multiple die cracks on the Reverse as you can see.

Let me know what you guys think.

AU58 but I would not call it a hanging 1 cent. Hanging usually is when the last # in the date is hanging.
It does have good die cracks.

Thank you guys, and mcshilling, The only reason I called it a hanging "1 Cent" is because it reminded me of one of those happy birthday banners that you would hang up, since the "1 cent" is all connected to a "string" (die crack) it just seem'd appropriate.
