Do those 3 things I mentioned on the obverse have doubling?

Looks pretty much normal from what I can see. Reverse is a RDV-005 (normal for this year)

Just noticed the bottom areas of the base line. Are talking about that area? Well that is from over polishing to remove die clashes on that area.

(when the area is reduced on the fields of the die, this will make fields raised on the coins) Not a doubled die.

This is what I was talking about Coop...the darker 2nd columns I marked, the A looks to have another one over top and the easiest for me to see through a loupe but doesn't transfer in a picture is theres 2 FGS to the right of the originals
