Is this an error? It doesn't seem like it should be different year coins. Please let me know what you think.

In looking over previous CCF threads that mention the "First Commemorative Mint", it seems as though they are no longer in business, although their products still pop up from time to time (such as with this thread). They also packaged some Canadian coins.

The set does not promise a certain date, just "S Mint Proof" coins.
