PCGS Slabs Came Back Loose?

Need to send it back to them, the seal on that batch failed for whatever reason. Could have been a bad batch of slabs or something but they'll put them in new slabs for free. Just call customer service on Monday

Yup, totally unacceptable. I have submitted many coins to PCGS, with none ever coming back like that.
Call them explaining the problem, and send them back. They will make that right I am sure instantly.

They are, but they probably snap together before they go to the sonic welder.

It is rare for it to happen but every now and then a submission or part of one, misses the sonic welder and doesn't get sealed. PCGS will fix the problem.
