to CCF. Sorry to say,it is MD and or DDD. MD is Machine Doubling and DDD is Die Deterioration Doubling.

Machine Doubling as John1 mentioned altered Liberty. The line from the nose is call a 'Linear Plating Bubble'.
A doubled die would have the devices enlarged, not reduced.
