Extreme post mint damage. Took a blow from something defacing the coin. Spend it and don't look back.

That part by the date looks raised to me,is it?and the double rim on the back could it be some partial out of collar strike?

PSD. Note you can see where the rim was in alignment when it was struck, but the PSD altered the coin. Out of round and the the right edge of the affected area you can still see where the rim was raised. (Now flattened)
