Again my RPM experience is not very existent.

I do not believe this is a RPM but I just want to make sure. Obviously the pin of the mm is fading away which is causing the filled in mm, but as you can see there seems to be something else.

Is this MD? Or maybe it took a hit?

I don't think so. It looks more like coin contact or MD on that area. Usually the mintmark is enlarged on a RPM.
