It sure does look very suspicious, I think the reverse might just be MD or DDD but the IN GOD WE TRUST is very suspicious...

I don't really understand at all. I thought MD was when there was a ghosting effect, like on the United States...

The doubling on the MM and the IN GOD WE TRUST is not ghost like at all, it is solid.

MD...will reduce the devices and look flat and shelf like, can be seen on the W and S in the motto IGWT (1st photo) it can be seen/happen in any direction
DDD...is what your seeing when you say ghosting (I think), it will always travel in the direction to the closest rim. Seen a lot of times on the date as if the plating has shifted to the rim (3rd photo on tops of date 788 also 4th photo seen on the tops of D, S and T of USoA)
DD...will make the devices thicker and at the same height of the devices
