So I see a true DDR. If it is what would be my next steps to proceed with the coin.this year has no variety on record for a DDR like this so it's a new Discovery.

This makes me wonder if the Machine Doubling was the cause of the split plating the die movement, even affected the field rim area where here were no devices. (2:00-5:30 on this coin)
