i may be with grape on this one. if it was circulated it was like for 3 days but all along the eagles outline, high points and breast are signs of very light circulation where the luster has been removed. the obverse is missing some luster on only the highest points of the relief. the first set of photos shows this best. this is one i'd like to see in hand so that it can be rotated. don't get me wrong this is a nice coin but I have it at AU58 and FH is boarder line but may squeak over the line on a good day.

63FH. I don't see any interruption in the luster or surfaces/toning.

Nice looking MS-63FH. I think the leg marks will hold it back from 64.
