1967 1 Cent, Mutant Looking "e" On Obverse, Die Issue Or Something Else?

JohnWayne007 Pillar of the Community Canada 1186 Posts	Posted 01/21/2020 12:23 am i was looking through one of my last rolls of 1967's and came across this, I have no clue what to call it as I have no idea what it is. Only the first "E" in "ELIZABETH" is affected by this and nothing else, when I first saw it I thought maybe another DDO but I'm not quite sure. I also ruled out damage from any type of hit as this metal is actually coming from the coin and not sitting on it, I pushed it with a wooden tooth pick to try and see if it would move and it is solid. Any ideas on what this is? Thanks in advance.
