It looks to me like a strike through debris. Your photos are a little blurry and please rotate them.

PSD. Possible damage from having two coins stacked on this coin and drops maybe books that would deliver the weight, but not disturb the rim? But the coin is damage. You can almost make out the mirrored devices on the hair location.
