I think I might have the grade right but ask your opinions. It has nice dark natural toning and it doesn't look like it's ever been cleaned, and a little luster still shows through the toning. By technical grade, this is one of the many "almost AU" coins that are sometimes being called "AU sliders." (I believe this eventually will become an AU-48 pinpoint grade.) That said, I'd net it to EF-45. Despite the original surfaces, there is a lot of chatter in the fields, especially on the reverse, and that would likely cause a 0.5 grade eye appeal deduction.
