Bowfin, I'd say you're right on.  If you're pics were a bit larger it would be a lot better, but I'd have to say... 1st coin EF 2nd coin F-15  Nice 1909s

i think the second one is a little higher. you can see the separation between the cheek and jaw. So I'd say VF-20

I agree with springcypress. The VF grade doesn't have to have clear peak to trough wheat lines. It seems to me the lines are flatened partially but there still the same. nlp

The first one is at least EF-40, that's a solid grade, it may go EF-45. The second one is an easy VF20-25.

The first one is a EF-45, and the second is a F-15 maybe a VF-20 however I think there is too much wear of the line on the wheat stalks to bring it into the VF range.

I would say the first one is a XF40-45 and the second one is a strong VF

I could go low AU on the first one.
The second looks like a weak strike that's VF.
