Marks are a bit distracting but looks to be graded properly. See a slight cameo effect. Maybe an ex GSA was thinking same as Kanga! Congrats on on your way to accomplishing this CC collection!

Chances are from GSA since 65% of the original mintage was in the treasury hoard. It a shame so many coins were cracked out of the GSA slabs and submitted to TPGs without their providence retained. But it does make the GSAs a little scarcer.
