Decent 1929. That's a year with lots of mismatched die pairings, and yours has a good match, MDS obverse and EMDS reverse. There has been fairly heavy die polishing to address the usual clash marks (second feather tip / buffalo's head and "BER" of LIBERTY / right rear leg most notably. The chin / EPU clash was polished on the obverse, but not the reverse. The strike is average.
I see light, but even wear on the high points, with disruption of the luster. This looks like a solid AU. I see it as AU-55, but there isn't any real difference in value between AU-55 and AU-58 for a 1929. I don't see any eye appeal concerns.
