Very unusual.

I do not recognize it, but can find each of these design elements (facing birds, griffin or winged lion) on Hungarian obols and denars of 13th century, but not combined on the same coin.

@vstefanyuk, while this might be Hungarian, I am more convinced of it being from Medieval Austria. There is pretty significant chipping around the edges, but it looks like a lion on one side and two birds separated by some sort of staff on the other. This fits pretty well with the description and design elements for a silver Pfennig of Leopold II minted in Vienna. It would be attributed as Szego 36.

@Spence Have doubts. On Leopold II coins I am seeing two-headed bird and griffin staying on back foots, design of this is different, especially birds side (has quite different meaning).

You are correct that it isn't a perfect match. Here is the coin pictured in Szego for comparison:

Not sure if this is different from the coin being discussed. https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces162035.html

Obverse appears to be a very good match. Reverse is missing the staff or sword between the two animals.
If this is correct, then your coin would have been clipped very much, so we would expect a greatly reduced mass of the coin (clipping 30% of diameter reduces the mass by 50%).

Btw, weight is around 0.2g, as you expected due clipping @tdziemia :)
