I think the miniature Band-Aid on the obverse is the remnant of a gas bubble, but I am not sure about the ones on the reverse! Could someone shed light on this mystery? Thank you!

@pa, I fixed the title of your thread so that it has the correct year for this cent. Try denting the suspected plating bubbles with the tip of a wooden toothpick.

Looks like Die Deterioration and possibly linear plating bubbles?
