I'd say a solid MS-65.

no extra points for strike as the 97(P) is typically strong. reverse has sharp well preserved surfaces with some minor ticks. the obverse a few more particularly the cheek area which is prime real estate. I just got one back from PCGS that looked like this and it came back MS64. maybe it was a bad day at the grading house. I think this one should be 65 but by bet is MS64

Nice coin! Obverse MS-64, reverse MS-65, net MS-64 PCGS or (possibly) MS-64+ NGC.

I think the bags on the obverse could preclude it from MS65, reverse is solid 65. Would say net MS64, maybe 65.
