Hi guys thanks for taking the time to read my post. First, I'm not a collector nor do I have any knowledge other than what little I've googled. I bought a box of basically junk, for just a few bucks at an estate auction a few years ago. There were a few old books and just some odd and ends. The only reason I bid on the box is because it had a few hand tools in it. Anyways I just moved into my house and I'm unpacking and going through things I took one of the books out of the box and this weird "chrome" or silver colored 1990 penny with no "S". I have found some info on copper no "S" pennies but very little on this one. It's in nearly perfect condition, as far as I can tell. I have included some pictures below from different angles. I would really appreciate if any of you pros could give me any information on it! Thanks in advance!

Ok, well darn. I was hoping that I was one of those people who you hear about on the news that went to an estate auction and found a "diamond" in the rough lol! I appreciate the warm welcome and responses. It fell outta that old book and I picked it up and was like whoa, what is this? It was so shiny and perfect that it almost looked like play money! It seemed kind of lightweight compared to some other pennies I had. Well shoot.. I'm gonna have to keep on working now, there went my new speedboat dreams lol!

And a very nice example of plating, I might add.

Auto plating companies plate cents and put them in a bowl on their desk to hand out as examples. I have seen a 1995 cent that was plated with gold plating. Thus why I know about this that I received from a relative.

The no mintmark means it was from Philadelphia. The ones that are missing the mintmarks are proof coins from San Francisco.
