In my opinion it is not even collectable in OZ. Average circulated or VF at best. Too many green spots and marks to be graded. A common coin too

harsh but true in the VF range, highly common coin non collectable.
Normally for 5c only errors (not super common but fairly rare much like pennies) and key dates 1972 are rare and have value.

AU - bright and shiny - light wear on hair, almost none on the echidna.

However very common coin with no value beyond face.
Out of interest, 1999 was the first year of the Ian Rank Broadley bust of the Queen on Australian and New Zealand coins (The British got it a year earlier).
