to CCF. It is best to post a full coin photo of the obverse and reverse as well as any needed close ups,one coin per thread. With that pic,it looks PMD.

A clue to help you ID this type of damage to a coin is that looking o the other side will likey show an area where the details of the coin have been "mushed." his looks like someone took a blnt chisel to the REV and hit it with a hammer.
