The last digit could be a 7 as I see a very very faint top part of the 7. In hand it might look completely different though. Anyway it's a great find and a keeper in my opinion.

I like it too. how does it make it through such a long time of circulation without being kept by someone? Nice coin.

We do not know it circulated all these years. Someone could have kept it for ex number of years then spent it, and the next person kept if for ex number of years etc. John1

Here you go, John1  And for kix, heres the reverse too. I think I will claim it is a 1959 rev of 58...

I think I see a "7" but for sure it is either a "5" or "7".
