I found this penny well my daughter found it and asked me what date it said so I looked at it closer hoping I could tell her all I can see is 199 when I looked at the back I noticed it had a Wide AM any thoughts pic shown is with a 1997 penny.

I cannot say for certain what the date might be but it really doesn't matter - value wise. It is in very poor condition. Sorry.

Thank you all. Not doing it for money or to sale just needed a hobby and my dad and I used to sit around and do this all the time he knew all about them lol I just enjoyed the time with him.
