Great example! It's a classic, rev die state is horrible (normal, lol). The obv isn't too bad really. Nice, smooth, original brown patina with only a couple of minor hits. Based on only two pictures...

I wouldn't grade this higher than VF, but it's more likely an AU/MS based on the die state. Personally I'm not a fan of the late state dies but for a good price I would add this one to my album.

Obverse is good but distracting mark - nick in chin / throat area takes away as well does the weak reverse - Personally I would grade VF20.
