This is one of my favorites but as you can see graffiti and stains on the coin—what grade would this coin be at ,which I know would be detailed from the graffiti —-is the coin too crapped up to be slabbed—also anything I can do for the staining w/o cleaning the coin—thanks

VF details, not much you can do to conserve it, and not a good candidate for slabbing.

based on the look of this coin it has already been cleaned and obviously damaged. although a mid to high VF coin, it would not be wise to send it in. if its a favorite then place it in your album and enjoy it

Agree with the VF grades. Such a shame someone did that to it, it's otherwise a really nice coin.

Looks like a reluctant payment to the Internal Revenue Service.
The graffiti looks old so I'd be happy to keep this one uncaged to best enjoy its details!
