All 1 cent coins in 1803 were large cents, so that part doesn't really mean much.
My Red Book shows 6 varieties for 1803:
- Small Date, Small Fraction
- Small Date, Large Fraction
- Large Date, Small Fraction <----least common
- Large Date, Large Fraction
- 1/100 Over 1/000
- Stemless Wreath

1803 large cents come with two date sizes (small and large) and two fraction sizes (small and large). The small date large fraction combination is found on five varieties S-257, 258, 259, 260, and 261. All of these are common varieties. I believe yours is a 261.

There are 24 varieties overall for 1803
- Small Date, Small Fraction S-244-248, 250-256, 262, 263, NC-1
- Small Date, Large Fraction S-257-261
- Large Date, Small Fraction <----least common S-264
- Large Date, Large Fraction S-265
- 1/100 Over 1/000 S-249
- Stemless Wreath S-243
