This coin is pretty worn but it may be #021

You thread title is a little confusing. This is not a DDO it is an RPM.
it is 1961D-1MM-021 as listed on coppercoins.com

TreasHunt, it is the same coin, look at the stain to the left of the mm and the bottom of the 6. The lighting on the QX5 is from one side only which gives the coin a different look depending on which way it it rotated. Ziggy9, the title was DDD because that is the way #021 was listed on coppercoins site. Sorry for the confusion.

It's not post mint damage, all three photos are obviously of the same coin, and it's 1961D-1MM-021. :)

Probably it would have helped if it were D/D/D which denotes three D's on the RPM. Maybe that would help.
