Hard to say, looks to have no wear, lustre looks full, but muted, could really be anywhere between EF-45 to as high as MS-64.

Take my opinion with a grain of salt, I'm not too familiar with these

That is some really curious wear on the word PLURIBUS on an otherwise pristine reverse. Strike error, maybe?

I'd say AU-53.

I have a feeling I might change my grade with in hand pics. Right now I'm at an AU55- 58 with a bit of a weak strike. Hard to get a read on the luster and any breaks on the high points there.

AU58 to MS64. Or details cleaned. The fields look very indicative of a cleaning

AU-53/55 sounds right, but the reverse fields look possibly cleaned at some point?

Seller's photos? If so, I'll wait for your photos on this one. Your photos are always much better, and far more indicative of the the toning and surface conditions.

Both this coin and the 1836 quarter in the other thread have conspicuous fingerprints. I'm not sure how such sharp fingerprints could exist on modestly or moderately circulated coins of this age without both coins having been cleaned at some point. That is my main pause on these coins. Otherwise, the technical grades and eye appeal look straight-forward.

Some signs of wear so not an MS. I'd be at AU-58 on this one, possibly cleaned at some point.
Seems like a reasonable price.

Looks like the coin has had an old cleaning and retoned, but I am going with market acceptable. Do not care for the soft strike, finger print, scratches on the bust, and marks on the neck line. AU50
