If you're referring to where you pointed out, and are saying that it looks like it's been indented, it hasn't.

That is apart of the coin's design to give it a 3D look.

Probably a case where the die was polished and the areas that are at the same level as the fields, were reduced. Thus the deeper arm pit area will not show any longer. It is a die altereation/die event. Not an error. Not damaged. Just a die event where what should have formed that area was removed from the die. Note the devices on the coin, they will also show a reduction is size of the normal devices. Just a face value coin.
