Posting everything right side up and giving a close-up of the BER of LIBERTY would help. That said, I'm not seeing the separation lines or extra thickness on the motto, which makes me think MD. A DDO should just out at you: As mentioned later die state created the die flow lines on the fields and die aging also affected that the left sides of the devices on the motto. Also on the right on your devices on the motto, there is Machine Doubling. There is no need to enlarge an single device to fill a whole image. Too close will miss lead you.
