Looks like a large lamination error on the obverse with two smaller ones on the reverse. Looks like Abe got a haircut. Weighs 2.92g.

Yes that is an interesting lam @coinhi. There is quite a bit of circulation wear so it rattled around in folks change for a long time before you rescued it.

But the damage to the rims looks suspicious. Almost looks like the coin was placed at angle and someone put a few drops of acid on that area and the acid drained away on the ends lowering the rims and drained through and affected the reverse also on the rim areas?

Thanks for the comments.. I did think it abnormal for the lam to be non-linear but I didn't think of the acid PMD chance. It is very circulated so I think this adds to the unusual look.
