as you can see on my 2018 penny theres lettersd & numbers on his face and the #12 is what I can make out id this a good fine also there isn't any stamp 0on back to make the 12 come thru on front please advice if a good fine what to do if woorth getting
certified. thanks for any help or advise given. also how do I make better pictures against shinny coins to show up well cause microscope light reflects bad hard to show doubling from DDR,DDO or MD .?

To CCF. IF it is a 12, It's been counter stamped or just some kind of Post Mint Damage. Its a spender.

Yes your second to last pic shows a vaguely 12-like image that looks raised above the surface of the coin. If so, then it might be a combination of hair design and plating bubbles, but it isn't a 12.

May want to consider posting new photos--closer-in, larger, higher-resolution, and redued glare.

Of course, Abe might have had his jersey number '12' shaved into his hair, just above the ear.
