Looks like a Struck Through Grease issue and circulation flattening.

I'm seeing a well-worn '17 D Wheat cent with classic circulation flattening. Not picking up an 'f' on either of the 1s of the date. I'm thinking Pareidolia. I could be wrong.

All of wich could be possible but not pareidola I got some priors but that's how I know the difference of Pareidola an false determination on my part but being skeptical of my self with pareidola on my mind as a potential I'm still seeing an F or an E on or behind/to the right of the second 1 but cc v that's my take on it
