I know this might fall under the common things found on dimes as most of the ones that I have seen feature some sort of issue with the "H" in front of the Bluenose, but I have never seen one like this, all that remains is this square shape.

John1, I don't think the damage to the beads are PMD, if you look at the following photos some of the beads are simply missing half, while others just have a line in the center and then the odd few are completely unaffected.

If it were PMD the missing portion of the beads would be more consistent around the coin and you would see "Scraping" between the beads in whichever direction the PMD happened.

First image, right beside where the "Square" shape is

If you look in the middle of the beads its just a line running through them.

Then here if you notice Bead 2, bead 3 and bead 7 in this photo look almost fine but very weakly affected near the bottoms, while the surrounding ones look damaged, this kind of inconsistency makes me think it is not PMD.

The dots look damaged from ejection from the die.

MD most likely, it's fairly common on most of the 2019's I've seen so I haven't paid much attention to the beads unless it's something significant.

DDD would cause the beads to look more like "blobs" of metal, while these look like half of the beads were chopped out or squished against itself while still retaining its original shape.

From looking at these photos it looks like there was a shift closer to the bottom, the top beads are barely affected, while the beads at the bottom are half of what they should be, you can also see little waves of metal on the beads.

Here's my coin with similar H.
A coins extracted from my Mint Rolls (5 rolls) have exactly the same H.
