Hi Dave your reverse is upside down.

Looks to be Constantius II, VICTORIAE DD AVGGQ NN reverse type. Which mint/variety is hard to tell.

It was cool to find this in a roll My FIRST roman coin ever lol. Someone is missing a roman coin there loss my gain. Is it even worth anything or keeping? Thanks for all your help.

It has no real monetary value, which is why I'm assuming someone purposely put it in a penny roll. I have hundreds and hundreds of Late Roman bronze coins in equal or better condition stored in several Mason jars; which I also put little to no value on-- the coins, not the jars, as the jars are nice.
