well here are a few Morgans I have laying around and figured I would see what you all thought these would grade as (one is already graded). These are 3 VAM-79's and 1 VAM-70

BRYAN, nice coins:
1st, they are all original luster coins, the 1st morgan:obv:other than slash on face, minimal wear full luster, crisp strike, too dark to see the full coin's face.rev:other than small dings in field between r- wing and wreath, very, very fine strike, also typical die break through united and r-wing to states, also die break from e in united to L- wreath, OVERALL VERY NICE DETAIL MS-63, NO FACE SLASH, MS64-65.
2ND-OBV:also slight wear, very nice coin, full luster, slight toning, nice strike not as crisp as 1st coin, too dark to see better. rev:same perimeter die break through united and wing and states not sure if die break from e-wreath is present(light is blocking view), not sure might be EDS or earlier than the 1st coin, possible pitting from rusted die @ base L-star and one, fields cleaner, very nice strike, OVERALL NICE DETAIL MS-65.
3RD- OBV:face and fields overall spotty and dingy, small marks, also nice strike, most wear than the others in normal spots and overall, still original luster. REV: same perimeter die break, same condition as the obv, more wear than the others, looks like this coin has more gritty fields around L- star and one,( heavier rusted die) possibly a later die state, also strong strike and very nice detail, MS-62.
LASTLY VAM 70- OBV:ding @11:30 on rim, original luster present and strong, very nice detail, spotty marks and scuffs, cant see R- stars to tell if dbl'd, clean strike, shows wear in normal spots for a morgan, can't see dbl'g @ date, ( dark ). REV:clean strike, fields clear and shows normal wear on wing tips, shows die break @ perimeter like the VAM 79's-through letters, no rusted spots from die in fields @ bottom, field clean and clear, bottom dollar and america might have perimeter die break through letters, too dark to see, nice strike and nice detail, MS- 62. This is all in my opinion, THANKS FOR THE CHANCE TO DO THIS, BE WELL, MORGANS DAD...

sorry, I kind of forgot about this topic until you responded to it again.
The first coin is graded by PCGS as MS-63 (not attributed)
The second coin (79#2)I cracked out of a NGC slab that I had sent in myself as a crossover from ANACS-63 and NGC said the same thing, I cracked it out again because I believe it is atleast PL
The third coin (VAM-79#3) was in a Coin World holder (CCGS grading) and I believe it is in the 62-63 range
The fourth coin (VAM70) was in a no name holder as MS-65DPL and I believe it is (without the rim bump) a MS-64PL

All of these were bought on ebay unattributed and I have had some for a few years from when I first started building my B1 Reverse 1878 Morgan set
