I am excited foe this news!
I found RPM on 1992-D Jefferson nickel and also a strange feature of letter "U" in word TRUST and hope I will receive good explanation for that.

@HA, for sure you have some MD and it also looks like this coin was struck with a tired die. I will say that the chatter on the letter U kinda looks like flames--that is pretty cool!

Thank you for your kind opinions.
I do agree that there should not be any RPM after 1990, but we see in this image, is not MDD, because the lower mint mark has been rotated contour clockwise(may be 15 degree).
If not RPM and to me not MDD, what we have call it?
Out of may be 200 coins, I found only two with exactly same feature.

This is Die Deterioration Doubling. The heavy die flow and Die Deterioration in the U prove this.

The die used for the coin was heavily used and in the latter stages of its life. The incuse shape inside the mintmark (which would be raised on the die) was worn down from striking hundreds or thousands of coins, making it appear like doubling or repunching.
