2020 W Quarter Weir Farm PMD?

There is what appears to be a scratch to the north and south of the V75 privy mark. I want to confirm it is post mint damage. I'm confused why it didn't damage the V75 as well. There is also a copper looking "stain" on the coin. I'm not sure what that is either.

A close up, high res photo of the west side of the coin--to include the privy mark and the stain--would help immensely. If possible, reduce the glare on the coin--perhaps by filtering the light source with a thin sheet of white paper or thin, translucent white plastic (like an empty milk container). Thanks.

That last pic was great! If looks to me like the damage starts at LI of LIBERTY, then up the field below V75, then on V75, then on the field above V75, and ends somewhere in UNITED.

To the right of that area it looks like something was spilled on that area of the coin.
