Sayo. You might want to start a new/fresh topic concerning your coin. Suggest much closer photos--high resolution pics, not blow-ups of the existing pic.

We can't tell a thing from this small photo. Please take photos of both sides of the coin plus close-ups of question areas. And too, crop the image so the whole coin fills the screen. If you cannot see a date it could be a Grease Filled Die, but we really need good photos, please.

Theres a date there, looks like 2001 or 2003 but you can just see the first two digits of the date. Will most certainly need better photos to determine anything so I say its just a well circulated cent for now.

I can't see the coin as the background should have been cropped so the image would be larger of the coin. But it is probably a Struck Through Grease issue with the strike. (the grease in the die prevented the strike)
