Yes good question to ask as confirmation. We see these a lot so perhaps there are a lot of bored folks out there.

I agree it is a vise job, but there is one thing that interests me. Pretty much all of the impressed details are around the periphery. There is very little in the central details. You would expect something to be impressed into the bust of Washington and I'm not seeing it.
