Unless the die crack/chip becomes large enough to be considered a "die break," then no.

The tops of the device have circulation rub on the tops of the devices in the center. That is not spread. The biggest clue is that the devices are normal sized. On the Doubled dies the single squeeze dies look like over inflated bicycle tubes:

Note the normal the devices are all the same width. On the Doubled dies, the enlarging is often a little uneven. Hope this helps.
