Is this what a double-die mint mark looks like?

I've never seen one in person so I'm not sure if this is what you would define this as a "double-die" coin (just the mint mark). Thank you in advance for any insight you can provide

If it is only the mint mark that looks doubled it would be a re-punched mint mark (RPM) you can go here to see if it matches any of the ones listed for that year: http://varietyvista.com/02a%20LC%20...%201958D.htm

Can't really tell if you have a DDO, but you certainly have an RPM. Check VarietyVista to try to match it.

When the mint marks were hand punched onto the dies for making coins, sometimes the punch for making the mark was hit more than once. This resulted in a repunched mint mark or RPM. A doubled die was created when the dies for making coins were actually engraved with a doubled image.

Still, RPM's are still pretty good finds.
