Probably the result of a partially grease-filled die. Great example, but I doubt it has too much of a premium.

If you can see the 43 that means it's not totally missing. Usually, "missing" digits or letters are caused by Grease Filled Dies, and this appears to be the case with your coin. Makes for an interesting conversation piece!

Neat find, but more novelty item than anything else. Someone who enjoys such things might pay a small premium, but definitely don't quit your day job
