What's going on with the B, looks lower than the rest. Don't recall ever seeing one like this.

@bobby, it looks like some of the letters of LIBERTY have taken circulation hits. Could that be what has happened to this letter too? A close-up better than what I can do with your overall pic might help us.

Looks like it took a hit on the lower loop. The splash of the metal altered the lowest part of that device.

Looks like damage hit the coin in a way which transferred the metal downwards.
